JCMA if officially supported by the peak bodies of Jewish, Christian and Muslim faith communities in Victoria:
- Islamic Council of Victoria
- Jewish Community Council of Victoria
- Victorian Council of Churches
Each peak body has appointed a liason officer that participates on the Board.
In 2010 the Victoria Multicultural Commission has generously financed the appointment of both an Executive Officier and a Schools Co-Ordinathere is no specific financial sponsorship. The JCMA is a voluntary body which itself has no paid employees.
Supporting organisations are asked to make a small contribution to assist people to attend the annual residential conference who would otherwise be unable to do so.
