- Agree to the objectives and rules of JCMA
- Apply by purchasing the ‘Annual Member – New’ ticket from the form below or by sending to us a completed JCMA Membership Application Form
- Pay the required membership fees (either online, by direct deposit or cheque)
Individual Renewals and New applications are both $25 for the year (ends 30th June 2012).
