The interfaith trip to Jerusalem, Understanding Each Other: Joint Journey to Jerusalem, 18 to 29 May, consists of four Muslims, our Jews, and four Christians. The trip was arranged by a priest, a sheikh, and a Rabbi.

The group is staying at Neve Shalom-Wahat Al Salaam (http://wasns.org) for a night and then eight nights inJerusalem. They’ll be seeing sites from all three religions in Jerusalem, plus a half day in Bethlehem, and other places such as Yad Vashem, Hadassah Hospital, and several universities, synagogues, mosques, and churches.

The nature of this trip may be unprecedented in Australia, i.e.We don’t know if there has been any other group from AU traveling to Israel that comprised Jews, Christians, and Muslims.
